For expecting mothers who want to get off to a good start with their breastfeeding journey. This makes for a great baby shower gift!

Virtual

Virtual visits are performed via Zoom or FaceTime. Here you will discuss health history and set a plan.

Holistic Lifestyle Counseling

As Certified Holistic Health Counselor I can help guide you through your healthy eating journey.

Follow Up

Sometimes follow ups are needed, this is a process. Jenna offers at home follow ups and virtual at your convenience.
